Our school operates on Decoy Lake, which is situated just outside Newton Abbot a couple of minutes from the end of the A380 dual carriageway. It is a twelve acre fresh water lake set in idyllic country park surroundings. We have large modern centrally heated changing facilities and showers. We believe that there is no better centre in the South West in which to learn the basics of both windsurfing and canoeing.
The Centre is owned and run by Simon Discombe who has been heavily involved in water sports for many years and is the former British and World Surf Canoe Champion.
The Devon Windsurf & Canoe Centre is approved by the Adventure Activities Licensing Authority and is a RYA Windsurfing Recognised Centre.
